In 2015, several people got together and initiated the process of starting a makerspace association in the Perth metro area,
south of the river, in Western Australia.
Due to other committments and lack of time, there hasn't been any further progress.

- Collaborate on all forms of technology, culture and craft in new and innovative ways.
- To encourage and foster experimentation and education in technology.
- To encourage and provide formal and informal training on a range of topics, and targeting a range of skill levels.
